Huevo Casserole

Ingredients

• 6 flour tortillas, cut in 1/4s
• 7 ounces chopped green chilies, drained
• 1 lb grated monterey jack cheese
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 2 cups milk
• 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 spray 9x13 pan with cooking oil spray.
• 2 cover bottom with 1/2 of the tortillas.
• 3 spread with 1/2 of green chilies.
• 4 sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese on top.
• 5 repeat layers.
• 6 combine eggs, milk, and salt.
• 7 pour over tortilla layers.
• 8 let stand overnight in refrigerator.
• 9 bake 30 minutes @ 350°.
• 10 cool and cut into squares.
