Huevo Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 flour tortillas, cut in 1/4s
- 7 ounces chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 lb grated monterey jack cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 spray 9x13 pan with cooking oil spray.
- 2 cover bottom with 1/2 of the tortillas.
- 3 spread with 1/2 of green chilies.
- 4 sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese on top.
- 5 repeat layers.
- 6 combine eggs, milk, and salt.
- 7 pour over tortilla layers.
- 8 let stand overnight in refrigerator.
- 9 bake 30 minutes @ 350°.
- 10 cool and cut into squares.
