Raisin Pie

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups maple syrup
  • 1 1/3 cups raisins
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1 (9 inch) pie shells, unbaked

Recipe

  • 1 mix syrup, raisins and eggs together. pour into pie shell.
  • 2 sprinkle with nuts.
  • 3 bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • 4 reduce heat to 350 degrees, continue baking until a toothpick inserted into the center of pie comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
