Spinach Pie

Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 5 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 9 inches unbaked pie shells
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 squeeze cooked spinach and drain.
- 2 combine cream cheese, eggs, cheddar cheese, salt, onion, parsley and spinach; pour into pie shell.
- 3 place tomatoes on top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- 4 bake at 350 for 35 mins.
