The Trout

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 2 trout
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic salt
Recipe
- 1 clean the fish, cut the heads and tail off.
- 2 place clean 1 fish on foil, put 1/2 cup butter inside and some on the outside of the fish.
- 3 sprinkle the garlic salt inside ontop of the butter and 1/2 as much on the outside.
- 4 repeat for the second fish.
- 5 wrap each fish in its own foil wrap.
- 6 place on bbq on low-med heat.
- 7 cook for about 30-40 min, depending on how hot you cook them.
- 8 enjoy!
