The Trout

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 trout
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic salt

Recipe

  • 1 clean the fish, cut the heads and tail off.
  • 2 place clean 1 fish on foil, put 1/2 cup butter inside and some on the outside of the fish.
  • 3 sprinkle the garlic salt inside ontop of the butter and 1/2 as much on the outside.
  • 4 repeat for the second fish.
  • 5 wrap each fish in its own foil wrap.
  • 6 place on bbq on low-med heat.
  • 7 cook for about 30-40 min, depending on how hot you cook them.
  • 8 enjoy!
