Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons green olives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 -4 dashes tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 mash the egg yolks well in a bowl.
- 2 add the olives and stir in the mayonnaise.
- 3 add tabasco, salt and pepper.
- 4 pipe the mixture into the whites and sprinkle with the parsley and dill.
