Ingredients

- 1 lb smoked catfish, broken into small pieces
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon wine
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- kosher salt
- fresh cracked black pepper
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. season with salt and pepper.
- 2 chill for an hour or so and serve with crackers or chips.
- 3 garnish with either minced fresh chives or parsley.
