Strawberries With Mascarpone Cream

• 2 pints strawberries, hulled, halved
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1/4 lb mascarpone cheese
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Recipe

• 1 marinate berries in the orange juice for 3o minutes.
• 2 soften cheese, beat in sugar and cream.
• 3 place berries in individual dishes and top with a dollop of the cream mixture.
