Ingredients

- 8 ounces filet of beef
- 2 large mushrooms, marinated in your favorite marinade
- steak seasoning (recommended ( kc steak seasoning)
- 8 ounces horseradish cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1/4 cup minced green onion
- 1/4 cup finely diced carrot
- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
Recipe
- 1 preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- 2 season both fillet and mushrooms with a heavy shake of seasoning and then place both on grill; grill until desired degree of doneness.
- 3 transfer to a serving plate.
- 4 while fillet is on the grill, combine horseradish cheese, horseradish, heavy cream, beer, 1/2 of the green onions, and 1/2 of the carrots in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- 5 stir until creamy and heated through.
- 6 pour sauce over fillet on plate.
- 7 sprinkle chopped peanuts and remaining green onions and carrots over top.
- 8 serve with the grilled mushrooms, a baked potato, a side of a green vegetable and sliced tomatoes for a salad. a nice robust wine and you will be set for the evening.
