Tofu And Vegetable Stir Fry

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 375 g silken tofu, cut into 2cm cubes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce, salt reduced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons blackstrap molasses
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

Recipe

  • 1 place tofu in a ceramic or glass dish.
  • 2 combine soy sauce and ginger and pour over tofu.
  • 3 leave to marinate, turning occasionally for 20 minutes.
  • 4 heat sesame oil in the wok.
  • 5 add onion and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • 6 add snow peas, broccoli, red pepper, molasses and stir fry for 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender but crisp.
  • 7 add tofu, marinade and chili sauce and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
