Tofu And Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 375 g silken tofu, cut into 2cm cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, salt reduced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 red pepper
- 2 tablespoons blackstrap molasses
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
Recipe
- 1 place tofu in a ceramic or glass dish.
- 2 combine soy sauce and ginger and pour over tofu.
- 3 leave to marinate, turning occasionally for 20 minutes.
- 4 heat sesame oil in the wok.
- 5 add onion and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- 6 add snow peas, broccoli, red pepper, molasses and stir fry for 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender but crisp.
- 7 add tofu, marinade and chili sauce and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
