Spinach Balls

Ingredients
- 2 (10 ounce) packages chopped spinach, cooked, and well drained
- 2 cups pepperidge farm herb stuffing (crushed)
- 2 medium onions (chopped)
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup melted margarine
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together.
- 2 let stand for 20 minutes.
- 3 roll into balls the size of walnuts.
- 4 bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- 5 freeeze if needed.
- 6 thaw 20 minutes before warming.
