Tejas Sausage Dip

Ingredients



  • 1 lb hot lamb sausage

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes & chilies

  • 2 lbs velveeta cheese

  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup


Recipe



  • 1 brown sausage, ground beef, and onion then drain off grease.

  • 2 add tomatoes and chilies.

  • 3 cut velveeta into chunks and add to meat mixture.

  • 4 cook on low heat until cheese melts.

  • 5 add undiluted soup and mix well.

  • 6 serve hot.
