Ingredients
- 1 lb hot lamb sausage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes & chilies
- 2 lbs velveeta cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
Recipe
- 1 brown sausage, ground beef, and onion then drain off grease.
- 2 add tomatoes and chilies.
- 3 cut velveeta into chunks and add to meat mixture.
- 4 cook on low heat until cheese melts.
- 5 add undiluted soup and mix well.
- 6 serve hot.
