Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup key lime juice
Recipe
- 1 crust:.
- 2 preheat oven to 350.
- 3 mix graham crackers, light brown sugar, and butter.
- 4 press bottom and sides of 9" pie pan.
- 5 bake crust for 8-10 minute.
- 6 fill (cool crust if desired).
- 7 filling:.
- 8 beat cream cheese until creamy.
- 9 add in condensed milk.
- 10 add egg yolks, beat until smooth.
- 11 add key lime juice and beat until thoroughly combined.
- 12 pour into pie crust and distribute evenly.
- 13 bake on 350 degrees for 10 minute.
- 14 remove from oven and cool.
- 15 refrigerate for at least 1 hour and 30 minute.
- 16 serve.
