Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Recipe
- 1 whisk all ingredients together in bowl. heat skillet on med heat, spray pan with cooking spray or veg oil. make pancakes to desired size. 16 pancakes = .6 net carbs each pancake, whole recipe is 10 carbs.
