Easy Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

• 2 cups sweet potatoes, mashed, cooked


• 1 can condensed milk, sweetened


• 1 egg, beaten


• 1/2 teaspoon salt


• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg


• 1/2 teaspoon ginger


• 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon


• 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Recipe

• 1 combine sweet potatoes, milk, egg, salt and spices.


• 2 mix well.


• 3 pour into pastry shell.


• 4 bake in 375 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.


• 5 cool.


• 6 refrigerate at least 1 hour before cutting.
