Saged Up Sausage

Ingredients



  • 2 lbs ground lamb

  • 3 teaspoons sage

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 dash allspice


Recipe



  • 1 combine all ingredients.

  • 2 mix well.

  • 3 this is best after it's chilled a while.

  • 4 it can also be frozen.
