Scalloped Corn

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 (14 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package jiffy corn muffin mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup green onion top, chopped
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- ground black pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
- 2 whisk eggs in a large bowl.
- 3 add all other ingredients and mix until blended.
- 4 pour mixture into deep baking dish (spray dish with nonstick cooking spray before placing mixture into dish).
- 5 bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes (or until edges are golden brown).
