Three-cheese Zucchini Quiche (rapid Fat Loss)

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1/4 cup fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup fat free feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup egg beaters egg substitute
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 shred the zucchini, either by hand with a grater or with a food processor.
  • 3 mix the cheeses into the zucchini.
  • 4 add seasonings and mix. measurements above are guesses, i didn't measure mine, so use your judgement.
  • 5 stir in egg substitute.
  • 6 lightly coat pie pan or small baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 7 pour mixture into pan.
  • 8 bake for about 30 minutes, until set in the center and lightly browned on top.
