Three-cheese Zucchini Quiche (rapid Fat Loss)

Ingredients
- 1 large zucchini
- 1/4 cup fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup fat free feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 shred the zucchini, either by hand with a grater or with a food processor.
- 3 mix the cheeses into the zucchini.
- 4 add seasonings and mix. measurements above are guesses, i didn't measure mine, so use your judgement.
- 5 stir in egg substitute.
- 6 lightly coat pie pan or small baking dish with cooking spray.
- 7 pour mixture into pan.
- 8 bake for about 30 minutes, until set in the center and lightly browned on top.
