Ingredients

- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups pecans, coarsely ground
Recipe
- 1 beat egg whites till stiff.
- 2 add brown sugar and beat on low speed till mixed.
- 3 add vanilla flavoring and pecans.
- 4 mix well.
- 5 drop by 1/2 tsp on greased sheet.
- 6 bake 200-250 for 25-30 minutes, or till light brown.
