Tempered Rice With Coriander Leaves

Ingredients

- 2 cups left-over cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seed
- 7 -8 curry leaves
- 2 green chilies
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- salt
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons peanuts
Recipe
- 1 de-stem the green chillies.
- 2 chop finely.
- 3 chop corriander leaves finely as well.
- 4 heat oil in a pan.
- 5 add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
- 6 add chopped green chillies, turmeric powder and peanuts.
- 7 saute well.
- 8 add rice.
- 9 season and miz well.
- 10 serve hot garnished with chopped corriander leaves.
