Low Carb Cheese Bread

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (any blend of cheddar, parmesan or pizza flavored cheese)

Recipe

  • 1 stir the dry ingredients together.
  • 2 blend together the beaten eggs and olive oil, and add to the flour mixture.
  • 3 stir in the cheese.
  • 4 grease a 12" pizza pan or stone with olive oil.
  • 5 form the dough into a ball, and place on the pan.
  • 6 the dough will be sticky, so place a piece of waxed paper on the ball, and with a rolling pin, roll out into a circle about the size of the pizza pan.
  • 7 peel off the wax paper, and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minute or until light brown.
  • 8 make sure the center of the bread is done as the edges will brown first.
  • 9 remove from oven, let cool and cut into slices.
