Ingredients
- 2 cups meatloaf, diced
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- black pepper
- salt
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 5 tablespoons heavy cream
Recipe
- 1 parboil the potatoes until mostly done.
- 2 melt the butter in a skillet.
- 3 mix everything but eggs, and creamin a skillet.
- 4 fry 15-20 minutes.
- 5 scramble eggs with a fork and pour over hash.
- 6 cook 3-5 minutes.
- 7 pour cream over top and serve.
