Natalie's Potatoes

Ingredients



  • Servings: 8

  • 6 medium red potatoes

  • 1/3 cup chopped onion

  • 1/4 cup margarine, plus

  • 2 tablespoons margarine

  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Recipe



  • 1 boil water for potatoes, add potatoes and cook for 20 minutes.
