Ingredients

- 1/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 dash salt
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 microwave butter and peanut butter for 1 1/2 minutes ~ cool slightly.
- 3 beat eggs, vanilla, salt, and brown sugar until well blended.
- 4 add melted butter, peanut butter, milk, and cooked rice ~ combine well.
- 5 pour into 8 x 8 pyrex dish that was sprayed with cooking spray.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until set on the outside and still soft in the middle.
- 7 cool for about 20 minutes ~ serves 9.
