Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 dash salt
- 1/4 cup picante sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mexican blend cheese
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
Recipe
- 1 bring water, salt and taco seasoning to a boil.
- 2 add rice and cover. simmer for about 15 minutes.
- 3 lay slices of turkey bacon between 2 paper towels and microwave for about 2 minutes or until just crispy.
- 4 when the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed add the picante sause, sour cream, chopped turkey bacon, and cheese.
- 5 mix well and serve. (you can reserve just a bit of the picante sause, sour cream, cheese, and bacon to use as garnish.).
