Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed figs
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 (3 ounce) boxes strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert
Recipe
- 1 combine the figs, sugar and jell-o in a dutch oven.
- 2 bring to a slow boil over medium to medium-high heat.
- 3 reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4 stir constantly to prevent sticking and burning.
- 5 put in sterlized jars and seal.
