Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

• Servings: 14
• 3/4 cup milk (preferably not whole milk)
• 1/4-1/3 cup sugar
• 4 cups nonfat yogurt
• 2 cups strawberries
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 in a medium bowl blend milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves completely (or 2 min.)
• 2 add yogurt and keep blending.
• 3 puree the strawberry's until liquefied
• 4 strain strawberry's to remove seeds.
• 5 add pureed strawberry's to mixture and blend until all the ingredients are mixed together.
• 6 put mixture into ice cream mixer and freeze it according to the manufacturers instructions (about 20-40 min.).
