Super-easy Tofu Parmesan

Ingredients

- 10 ounces tofu, drained
- 1 (42 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 pour a cup of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of an oiled casserole.
- 2 slice drained tofu, fry in a bit of oil if you have time, and lay the slices on top of the sauce.
- 3 cover with more spaghetti sauce.
- 4 sprinkle with the cheeses.
- 5 bake at 350 degrees for about half an hour, until cheeses are lightly browned.
- 6 let stand a few minutes, then serve.
