Super-easy Tofu Parmesan

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 10 ounces tofu, drained
  • 1 (42 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 pour a cup of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of an oiled casserole.
  • 2 slice drained tofu, fry in a bit of oil if you have time, and lay the slices on top of the sauce.
  • 3 cover with more spaghetti sauce.
  • 4 sprinkle with the cheeses.
