- 1 can chopped tomatoes or 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can corn
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine black beans, corn and stewed tomatoes in skillet and bring to boil.
- 2 add remaining ingredients.
- 3 reduce to medium heat.
- 4 simmer for 15 minutes.
