Ingredients

- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons flour, if needed
- 1/2 cup raisins
Recipe
- 1 mash sweetpotatoes.
- 2 beat in egg and salt.
- 3 add flour only if potatoes are wet.
- 4 mix in rasins.
- 5 drop mixture from a tablespoon on heated, greased fry pan.
- 6 brown slowly on both sides.
