Ingredients

- 2 ounces firm tofu
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon daisy sour cream (the only kind without modified food starch...watch your ingredients!)
- 1 tablespoon nonfat yogurt
- 2 teaspoons pickle relish
Recipe
- 1 mash tofu with fork to the consistency of mashed eggs.
- 2 add the rest of the ingredients.
- 3 chill in fridge 30 minutes.
