Low Calorie Pumpkin Bread!

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups splenda granular
  • 2 cups pumpkin (cooked fresh or canned)
  • 4 egg whites, beaten
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup applesauce, unsweetened

Recipe

  • 1 over 350.
  • 2 make sure you grease the pans (2 because this makes 2 loaves
  • 3 mix all dry ingredients, set aside.
  • 4 next mix the pumpkin, eggs, applesauce together (also if you're adding nuts do so with these ingredients).
  • 5 combine all ingredients.
  • 6 pour mixture into two pans.
  • 7 bake 45 minutes to an hour.
  • 8 let cool.
