Low Calorie Twice Baked Potatoes

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 large baking potato
  • 2 -3 tablespoons ranch dressing

Recipe

  • 1 microwave the potato till tender, about 7-10 minutes.
  • 2 slice in half lengthwise.
  • 3 scoop out the inside, leaving only an inch or so and the skin.
  • 4 mash and mix the middle of the potato with the ranch dressing.
  • 5 spoon it back into the shells.
  • 6 if you have to have the cheese and bacon, sprinkle on top and microwave till the cheese is melted.
