Low Carb Apple Walnut Muffins

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325. line muffin tins with foil or paper baking cups.
  • 2 combine all dry ingredients. in a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
  • 3 stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until well blended.
  • 4 spoon into baking cups.
  • 5 bake muffins 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. cool for 20 minutes.
