Low Calorie Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch lemon rind, grated

Recipe
