Low Carb Bake Mix

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 170 g ground almonds
  • 100 g vital wheat gluten flour
  • 60 g whey protein, isolate
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Recipe

  • 1 use with flax meal to make muffins.
  • 2 i use half of each.
