Scallion Eggstew

Ingredients

- 2 scallions
- 300 ml scallion broth
- 5 eggs
- 350 ml milk, 3%
- 300 g smoked ham
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 slice the scallions into thick rings.
- 2 cook until it softens some (5 min).
- 3 take 3 dl of the broth, mix with eggs and milk.
- 4 add salt and pepper as you like.
- 5 dice the ham, mix with scallion and put it.
- 6 into a oven proof pan.
- 7 pour the egg mix into the pan ontil it covers.
- 8 all of it.
- 9 bake in oven for about 30 minute at 175-200 degres.
- 10 serve with cooked potato.
