Swedish Green Pickled Tomatoes

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 12 medium green tomatoes
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 1/4 cups vinegar
  • 2/3 cup vinegar
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 10 whole cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried chili

Recipe

  • 1 prick the tomatoes all over with a fork.
