Killer Carrot Cake

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 2 cups grated carrots
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 cup nuts
• 1 1/2 cups oil
• 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
• 3 eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe

• 1 mix everything together and pour into a 13x9 inch pan.
• 2 bake at 350 for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
• 3 done when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
• 4 frost with cream cheese frosting.
