- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into 8 pieces
- 1 cup honeydew melon, cubed,frozen
- 6 ounces kiwi-lemon soy yogurt or 6 ounces lemon soy yogurt or 6 ounces key-lime soy yogurt
- 1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
- 1 tablespoon frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
Recipe
- 1 in blender, combine kiwi fruit, melon, yogurt, soy milk and apple juice concentrate.
- 2 blend until smooth.
- 3 serve right away.
