Kiwi Honeydew Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 cup honeydew melon, cubed,frozen
  • 6 ounces kiwi-lemon soy yogurt or 6 ounces lemon soy yogurt or 6 ounces key-lime soy yogurt
  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
  • 1 tablespoon frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed

Recipe

  • 1 in blender, combine kiwi fruit, melon, yogurt, soy milk and apple juice concentrate.
  • 2 blend until smooth.
  • 3 serve right away.
