- 1 cup sugar-free frozen yogurt
- 1 cup diet 7-up, chilled
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
Recipe
- 1 in a blender process kiwi, banana, yogurt, 7up, and honey until smooth, about one minute.
- 2 pour into chilled tall glasses and serve.
