Kiwi Crisps

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 125 g butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped chocolate

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 180°c
  • 2 beat the butter and sugar until pale and creamy.
  • 3 add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla and mix well.
  • 4 add flour, baking powder and chocolate, mixing to firm dough. add a little extra flour if the dough is sticky.
  • 5 roll into balls and place on a cold greased tray. press gently with a fork.
  • 6 bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  • 7 cool on a cake rack and store in an airtight container once cold.
