- 4 kiwi fruits, peeled, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 4 flour tortillas
- 4 tablespoons reduced-calorie peanut butter
Recipe
- 1 mix kiwifruit with cottage cheese; set aside.
- 2 spread each tortilla with 1 tbsp of the peanut butter.
- 3 divide fruit mixture evenly among tortillas.
- 4 roll up and eat.
