Killer Pancakes

Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 (16 ounce) can juice-packed in juice, drained and juice reserved
- maple syrup or chopped fresh strawberries, macerated with a little sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 spray 2 non-stick cookie sheets with vegetable oil and set aside.
- 3 sift the dry ingredients together and set aside.
