- 1 lb carrot
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 6 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons honey

- 1 peel carrots. slice about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. blend butter, sugar, cinnamon, honey,carrots, and water. bring to a boil. then put on low heat and cook until carrots are tender. don't forget to stir while cooking.
