Low Carb Blondies

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup splenda granular
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 cups almond meal
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 4 eggs, beaten
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in large microwaveable bowl.
- 2 add splenda and vanilla to melted butter, cool slightly.
- 3 add almond meal, cinnamon and eggs, mix thoroughly.
- 4 pour into buttered 8" square glass baking pan.
- 5 bake @ 325 for 40 minutes.
- 6 once thoroughly cooled, refrigerate.
- 7 cut into 16 squares and serve.
