Low Carb Blondies

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup splenda granular
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 cups almond meal
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in large microwaveable bowl.
  • 2 add splenda and vanilla to melted butter, cool slightly.
  • 3 add almond meal, cinnamon and eggs, mix thoroughly.
  • 4 pour into buttered 8" square glass baking pan.
  • 5 bake @ 325 for 40 minutes.
  • 6 once thoroughly cooled, refrigerate.
  • 7 cut into 16 squares and serve.
