Sweet Corn Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup masa harina
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 1/2 cups canned corn, drained
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1/3 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f
- 2 combine and mix all ingredients except for the corn.
- 3 once this is mixed completely, add in corn and mix again.
- 4 pour into greased casserole dish or cake pan.
- 5 bake until center is done (insert knife or toothpick, if it comes out clean then the middle is done) and top is golden and crispy.
