- 1 carrot, finely diced
- 1/2 onion, finely
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup oil
Recipe
- 1 chop cabbage, onion and carrot.
- 2 mix sugar, vinegar, celery seed, salt, pepper and oil in saucepan.
- 3 boil 3-4 minutes.
- 4 pour over slaw mix.
- 5 chill.
