- 1 lb kielbasa, cut in chunks
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon caraway seed
Recipe
- 1 cook kielbasa in butter until browned.
- 2 add remaining ingredients; stir well; cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3 cabbage should be crisp-tender.
