Cream Of Mango Soup


Ingredients



  • Servings: 3

  • 2 mango - peeled, seeded, and cubed

  • 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced

  • 1 1/2 cups half-and-half

  • place the mango, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and half-and-half into a blender or food processor. cover, and process until smooth and creamy. serve chilled.
