Kielbasa And Chicken Soup

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb kielbasa
  • 1/2 rotisserie-cooked chicken
  • 1 tablespoon garlic flakes, roasted
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 32 ounces chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen blackened corn
  • 1 cup frozen italian cut green beans
  • 1 cup frozen carrots
  • 1 potato, diced
  • 1/2 cup wide egg noodles (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 cut kielbasa into 1/4" thick slices, and then slice then slice each slice in half. put in large pot.
  • 2 debone and shred chicken (store bought pre-cooked rotisserie) add to pot.
  • 3 add roasted garlic and herbs, then turn heat on stove to high (add a little of the broth) and sautee to meld flavors, then add the rest of the broth.
  • 4 add all vegetables.
  • 5 optional: add noodles once soup is boiling.
  • 6 let it simmer for 30 minutes.
