Kielbasa And Chicken Soup

Ingredients

- 1 lb kielbasa
- 1/2 rotisserie-cooked chicken
- 1 tablespoon garlic flakes, roasted
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen blackened corn
- 1 cup frozen italian cut green beans
- 1 cup frozen carrots
- 1 potato, diced
- 1/2 cup wide egg noodles (optional)
Recipe
- 1 cut kielbasa into 1/4" thick slices, and then slice then slice each slice in half. put in large pot.
- 2 debone and shred chicken (store bought pre-cooked rotisserie) add to pot.
- 3 add roasted garlic and herbs, then turn heat on stove to high (add a little of the broth) and sautee to meld flavors, then add the rest of the broth.
- 4 add all vegetables.
- 5 optional: add noodles once soup is boiling.
- 6 let it simmer for 30 minutes.
